RAMADA Resort Cochin, the first Ramada property in Kerala, launched its first phase in the third week of September.
The resort has 24 cottages and 18 deluxe rooms on 3.23 hectares of secluded waterfront land.

The property is 45km away from Kochi airport and 15km from Le Meridian convention centre.
Its conference hall can accommodate 450 people, theatre style. The lawn outside can accommodate another 1000. Two more conference rooms of 50-people capacity are also ready.

A spa with eight massage rooms and four ayurveda treatment rooms will be launched in the first week of November. Four floating villas will be ready by end-November.

In the second phase, scheduled to be ready in a year's time, 80 more rooms will be added. The resort also plans to add boats on the lake to offer cruising options for its guests.
