THE Indian Hotels Company Limited's (IHCL) subsidiary, Roots Corporation, has launched its 'Smart Basics' Hotel, 'GINGER', at Satpur MIDC at Nashik in Maharashtra.

The 101-room hotel will have all modern comforts along with Ginger's special features, including Smart Space, Safe Zone, gymnasium, meeting room and self check-in kiosk.

Ginger Nashik will also house a Cafe Coffee Day outlet that will be accessible to in-house as well as outside guests.

Nashik has international quality vineyards and is emerging as an industrial city. It currently has five three-star hotels but Ginger will be the first hotel from a major brand.

The room tariff rates at Ginger Nashik will be US$32 and US$39 for single and double rooms, respectively.
